Package Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Your Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
